Authentication settings

From this menu you can:

•  Active a simplified authentication option for Click and Alo 24 Banking. By choosing this complementary authentication method with fixed password, you will be able to login into Click 24 Banking BCR application by using the same user name and a static password which will be automatically generated and transmitted to your defined password delivery phone number (no presence in the branch is required).

• Change the password delivery phone number

• Reset Password – the password for the service is available 90 days and then must be renewed. You can change the password any time by selecting the "Reset password" button and immediately, a new one will be automatically sent to you.

• Set / Change a complementary Alias for User name
