Bucharest - August 21st, 2017 – The club deal financing of RON 134 million was provided by Banca Comercială Română SA acting as Coordinating Mandated Lead Arranger, Documentation Agent and Facility & Security Agent and OTP Bank as Mandated Lead Arranger.
The credit facility has a maturity of 5 years and was granted to sustain the development of the company, including to refinance its existing loans.
Țuca, Zbârcea și Asociații acted as legal advisor to the lenders. Legal assistance to borrower was provided by Clifford Chance Badea.
