The volume of taxes and fees paid through Internet Banking by the customers of Banca Comercială Română (BCR) increased by over 250% in 2014, to over RON 4.5 mln, up from RON 1.285 mln recorded in 2013.  

BCR offers to its individual customers the possibility to pay contributions, taxes, fees or other liabilities to the state budget or budgets of local administrations through the Internet Banking service - Click 24 Banking.

In the first 2 months of this year, the volume of taxes and fees paid through Internet banking was almost RON 530,000, increasing compared to the same period of last year, when approximately RON 425,000 were recorded.

Through Internet Banking - Click 24 Banking, BCR provides its customers with a convenient and effective alternative, at zero costs, through which customers all over the country can pay taxes and fees such as: income from self-employment tax, tax on income from the exploitation of intellectual property rights , consular fees, fees for permits and licenses, fines and other penalties, social security for income from the provision of services, building tax from individuals, the tax on land from individuals, the tax on vehicles owned by individuals, tax on income from concessions and rental etc.

Click 24 Banking BCR users can use the templates predefined by BCR, which allow the payment of taxes and fees without requiring the pre-registration on the websites of central or local public administrations.

Most customers who have paid their taxes through Internet Banking are from Bucharest (46%), followed by those from the counties of Constanţa (5%), Braşov (4%), Prahova, Galaţi, Cluj and Ilfov, with 3% each, and Timiş, Sibiu and Iaşi with 2% each.

All holders of BCR current accounts in RON have included for free in their package access to Internet Banking and have the possibility to pay taxes and fees.
