Moreover, we offer you three ways to authenticate:

Is my account safe?

Absolutely! We've taken the following safety measures for your peace of mind and enhanced security:

  • The unique authentication code in the application is valid for a fixed amount of time. Furthermore, both the eToken mobile app and the Token device are protected by a PIN known only to you
  • Automatic logout: if you do not use the Touch 24 Banking application for 5 minutes and the m.24banking.ro website for 15 minutes, we automatically log you off. This security measure is useful if you forget to log out yourself
  • Automatic disabling of login data: after 3 unsuccessful login attempts, your data is automatically disabled. The purpose is to prevent fraudulent access to your Internet and Mobile Banking accounts
