If we draw up a list of the words we often hear, motivation will most certainly be on top of it. I am / I’m not motivated to do something; I’m interested in keeping my colleagues motivated; it would be useful to find out what our customers’ motivations are so as to be able to preserve their loyalty. These are statements that we hear a lot, is that right?
